If something needs
to shift,
start here.

Some clients come with a very clear brief. Others just know that the current way of leading is no longer enough. That's often where the conversation starts. Tell me where you are.

№ 02 · What Happens Next

From the brief to the first conversation.

No funnel, no automated sequence. A short, honest path from your message to whether we should work together.

01

You send the brief.

Two paragraphs is plenty. The clearer the picture, the more useful the first call.

02

I read it personally.

Not an assistant, not a form. I reply within 48 hours with what I'm hearing and a couple of times to talk.

03

A 30-min intro.

Free, focused, no pitch. We test whether the work I do is actually what you need right now.

04

A shape for the work.

If we're a fit, you get a written proposal — scope, cadence, fee. If we're not, I'll tell you where else to look.

№ 03 · Before You Write

Things people usually ask.

If your question isn't here, put it in the brief. I'd rather answer it directly than guess at it.

  • No. Most clients arrive with a feeling — "this isn't working, and I'm not sure why" — rather than a fixed brief. Use the form to describe what's actually going on. We'll figure out the right shape together.

  • Most engagements are fixed-fee against a defined scope. Single sparring sessions, multi-month founder work, and team programmes each have a different shape. After the intro call I'll send a written proposal with the fee. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.

  • Yes. The work depends on it. Nothing said in our sessions is shared, attributed, or used in writing or talks without explicit permission — and most often, not at all.

  • Both. Founder sparring is usually a mix — quarterly in person where possible, video in between. Team work is most powerful in the room and I travel for it. I'm based in Zürich and work with clients across Europe, the UK, and North America.

  • I'll say so on the intro call, plainly. Where I can, I'll point you to a coach, advisor, or operator I trust who's a better match. The intro call is free for that reason — there's no pressure to make it work if it shouldn't.

  • It depends on the bench. I take on a limited number of new engagements per quarter to keep the work deep. The form will give you the most accurate read — if there's a wait, I'll say so in the reply.

№ 06 · Let's Begin

The hardest part is usually writing the first line.

Don't worry about getting it right. Tell me what's true. We'll go from there.
